Your caribou meat will be boned out and cleaned by your guide. It will be cut, packed, and frozen, time permitting. It will also be tagged so that your trip home is without incident at the border crossing.  Meat left behind will not be wasted.  We can donate it to the Sayisi Dene first nation, to the guides, or keep some of it for caribou stews for next year's caribou camp meals.
