Your moose meat will be boned out and cleaned by your guide. It will be cut, packed, and frozen, time permitting. It will also be tagged so that your trip home is without incident at the border crossing.  You will be allowed to take 250 - 300 pounds of meat back home with you. Meat left behind will not be wasted.  We can donate it to the Sayisi Dene first nation, to the guides, or keep some of it for stews for next year's moose camp meals.
