A 25% deposit is required within 7 days of booking to confirm your reservation.

The balance is due April 1st of the year of your trip.
Hunting Package Inclusions

2-on-1 guiding is standard for all hunts unless otherwise stated.

1-on-1 guiding is available upon request for moose hunts.

Hunting licenses and applicable taxes are additional

Licenses are allocated directly to Munroe Lake Lodge guests (no draw required).

Boat, motor, and fuel usage during the hunt

Travel Planning

Detailed travel planners are available online and also sent 6 months before your scheduled hunt.

We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance, as all payments are non-refundable.
Wildlife & Harvest Guidelines

We respectfully request that each hunter donates one caribou quarter to support nearby communities.

A credit card is kept on file to process any applicable caribou trophy fees.

Any meat not claimed by hunters becomes the property of Munroe Lake Lodge and its operating partners.

Hunters are limited to 50 lbs. of luggage per person.

Wounded animals may be deemed harvested at the discretion of Munroe Lake Lodge staff.
Liability & Responsibility
Munroe Lake Lodge and its affiliated partners make every effort to ensure a safe and satisfying guest experience. However, we assume no liability for hazards associated with wilderness travel or for unforeseen issues including (but not limited to) political, weather, mechanical, or logistical disruptions.
We are not liable for the actions or performance of third-party carriers, contractors, or service providers. Guests who miss their scheduled charter flight are responsible for arranging their own transport to camp.

A fuel and foreign exchange surcharge may be applied in the event of significant market shifts.

In the event of a government-mandated closure or restriction (e.g., due to Covid-19), all payments will be credited toward a future trip.
